The Coach
As a coach, I encourage professional women to identify and achieve their personal vision of success. My role as coach is to challenge my clients to take action towards accomplishing their goals while remaining true to their values, helping them navigate any obstacles along the way and enthusiastically supporting their choices as they define the kind of life that makes them feel fulfilled both professionally and personally.

I partner with highly motivated women, helping them to become fully engaged in achieving enrichment in all areas of their lives by accepting and embracing their entitlement to success. I call my company N-Compass Coaching; I help professional women encompass all their amazing and unique qualities while acting as their compass on their journey to success.
